- FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH -

​

A beginner-level class that teaches the fundamentals of functional strength training and movement — proper squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry mechanics — so you build a real foundation before adding load or intensity. Small, coach-led group setting with plenty of individual attention.

​

Best suited for:

​

  • Complete beginners new to strength training

  • Anyone returning to the gym after a long break

  • Members who want to learn proper form before jumping into group classes

  • People looking to build confidence and competence with the basics, not just break a sweat

​

When: Saturdays at 10:45 AM

Monthly Check-In 

A dedicated coach checks in with you once a month — by call, text, or email, whichever you prefer — to review progress, troubleshoot what's not working, and keep you accountable between visits. No extra gym time required.

  • Members who know what to do but need accountability to actually stick with it

  • Busy people who want guidance without scheduling extra sessions

  • Anyone hitting a plateau and needing an outside perspective

  • New members easing into a routine who want support without pressure

One-on-one guided stretching with a trained practitioner who moves your body through a deeper, more effective range of motion than you can reach alone. Sessions target tight hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and lower back to relieve tension, improve mobility, and speed up recovery.

Nope. Your $1 week has zero commitment. If you decide to stay, we'll walk you through simple month-to-month or annual options — whatever fits.

That's exactly what your free session with a trainer is for. We'll meet you where you are right now, not where you were before.

What happens after the $1 week?

Totally normal — and totally unnecessary. We're not tracking who left and when. You'll just be a member again, starting today.

If you love it, we waive your $99 enrollment fee and lock in your membership rate. If it's not the right time, no hard feelings — no charges, no follow-up pressure.
