3. Payment Terms

All purchases are non-transferable.

Memberships and class packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Membership Terms

Memberships may be monthly, package-based, or promotional.

Missed classes do not guarantee rescheduling or refunds.

Membership cancellations require written notice (see Cancellation Policy).
5. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

Behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner

Harasses staff or members

Damages equipment or property

Attends sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol
6. Intellectual Property
All content, workouts, programs, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Ekstasis Movement Studio and Train With Dorian, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ekstasis Movement Studio and Train With Dorian, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while participating in any services or using this website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Refund Policy - the basics
All purchases are non refundable.
MEMBERSHIPS
MEMBERSHIP payments will run automatically every 30 days.
- Request for cancelation must be submitted by email to Trainwithdorian@gmail.com
at least 30 DAYS OR 1 MONTH prior to the desired cancelation date of the so the next payment can be terminated in time.
- Membership suspension for up to 2 weeks per year. Written notice required by email.
CASS PACK EXPIRATION
CLASS credits can be used up to (6months for 5 & 10 pack, 1year for 20 pack) after purchase.
CLASS PACKS are a one time payment, do not auto renew.

Group Classes

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance.

Late cancellations will result in loss of class credit.

No-shows will result in loss of class credit.
Personal Training

Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations will be charged in full.
Membership Cancellation

Memberships require 14–30 days written notice to cancel.

Memberships are non-refundable once billed.
Late Arrival
-
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may not be admitted to class for safety reasons
