This class utilizes constantly varied, multi-joint movements,  executed at  scalable intensities, under varying loads that mimic daily life activities to build the strongest body specific to your needs and goals! All movements and workouts can be modified or progressed to challenge all fitness levels.

#QUALITYREPSONLY is the motto and the key factor in maintaining a strong injury free body that looks great and moves well.  Expect to utilize free weights such as kettlebells,  dumbbells,  suspensions rings  and your own body weight aka calisthenics, coupled with exertion to achieve your fittest body possible!
