These unique classes offers a supportive environment for individuals to explore and develop their meditation, mindfullness and breathwork practices, regardless of their prior experience or level of expertise.

Britt is a trauma-informed meditation, somatics, and social emotional arts educator and provides programming around the country. She is the founder and lead facilitator of Sovereign Creative Wellness, dedicated to creating spaces and experiences at the intersection of inner space exploration and creative expression. You can also find her delivering programming and developing curriculum with Awaken Pittsburgh. Britt's root intention is to bring us back home to ourselves, each other and the land.
